Sie erarbeiten bedarfsgerechte Ansätze und Lösungen im Dialog mit unseren Kunden und begleiten auch fachlich den Softwareentwicklungsprozess
Sie sind verantwortlich für die Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Präsenz- und Onlineseminaren rund um unsere Produkte
Zu Ihren primären Aufgaben gehört die Durchführung von Kundenprojekten im Bereich der Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Prozessen. Dies beinhaltet auch die Analyse, Konzeption und Abstimmung von Change Requests mit Key Usern sowie die Steuerung der Implementierung
In einem Projektteam und gemeinsam mit dem Kunden konfigurieren Sie unsere Software für deren Forderungsmanagement und begleiten die Live-Schaltung
Sie übernehmen die IT-Teilprojektleitung im Rahmen von Implementierungs- / Upgrade-Projekten

Das bringst Du mit

Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit den Schwerpunkten Betriebswirtschaft, Informationstechnologie, Büromanagement oder ein vergleichbares Studium
Zusatzqualifikationen in den Bereichen Rechtspflege, Inkasso bzw. Fachlehrgänge im Forderungsmanagement und Credit Management sind von Vorteil
Sie haben Spaß und Erfahrung im direkten serviceorientierten Umgang mit Kunden und Anwendern
Kenntnisse rund um das Mahnverfahren (vorgerichtlich, gerichtlich und nachgerichtlich) sind von Vorteil
Eine technische Affinität zu Schnittstellen zwischen bestandsführenden Systemen wäre wünschenswert (SAP Utilities oder andere ERP und Abrechnungssysteme)
Sie besitzen eine sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Verhandlungsgeschick und ein professionelles Standing
Sie haben sehr gute methodische sowie analytische Fähigkeiten und sind ein Teamplayer
Sie besitzen sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Dienstreisen sind für Sie kein Problem

Your contribution

Develop needs-based approaches and solutions in dialogue with our clients and provide professional support throughout the software development process
Prepare and deliver both in-person and online seminars related to our products
Manage customer projects in the field of digitalization and process automation, including the analysis, design, and coordination of change requests with key users as well as overseeing implementation
Work within a project team and alongside the client to configure our software for their receivables management and support the go-live phase
Take on IT sub-project management responsibilities within implementation and upgrade projects

What makes you stand out

3+ years of relevant professional experience
A completed vocational training program with a focus on business administration, information technology, office management, or a comparable degree
Additional qualifications in the fields of legal administration, debt collection, or specialized courses in receivables and credit management are a plus
Enjoyment of and experience in direct, service-oriented interaction with clients and users
Knowledge of dunning procedures (pre-litigation, litigation, and post-litigation) is advantageous
Technical affinity for interfaces between core systems (such as SAP Utilities or other ERP and billing systems) is desirable
Excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a professional presence
Strong methodological and analytical skills, combined with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
Willingness to travel as required
