About Aryza
Aryza develops SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions for automating financial processes, particularly in the areas of credit management, debt collection, and insolvency. Our mission is to support financial professionals and individuals facing financial difficulties by providing intelligent systems that enhance efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Product: Aryza Navigate
Aryza Navigate is debt collection software designed for bailiffs, collection agencies, and lenders. It optimizes both amicable and legal collection processes and supports arrears and special account management.

Your contribution

Analyze complex legal and financial information needs.
Translate stakeholder requirements into user stories, process diagrams, and functional specifications.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including legal professionals, developers, clients, and external partners.
Help manage and prioritize the product backlog.
Communicate findings effectively and inspire team members with innovative ideas.
Contribute to the continuous optimization of our systems and processes.

What makes you stand out

A completed Master’s degree or HBO+ level education (or demonstrable equivalent working and thinking level).
Proven affinity with legal, financial, and technical (ICT) subject matter.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and learning abilities.
Clear and confident communication skills.
A self-starter who thrives in multidisciplinary collaboration.
Experience in roles such as information analyst, business analyst, or product owner is advantageous.
Ability to read and write code is a plus.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is desirable.

Product: Aryza Navigate
Incassosoftware voor gerechtsdeurwaarders, incassobureaus en kredietverstrekkers. Voor het optimaliseren van minnelijke en gerechtelijke incassoprocessen en voor achterstandsbeheer en bijzonder beheer.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Informatieanalist / Product Owner ben je de verbindende schakel tussen business en IT. Je:

Analyseert complexe informatievraagstukken binnen juridische en financiële domeinen;
Vertaalt deze vraagstukken naar concrete oplossingen in de vorm van user stories, procesontwerpen of functionele ontwerpen;
Werkt intensief samen met stakeholders zoals juristen, ontwikkelaars, klanten en externe partijen;
Bent mede verantwoordelijk voor het beheren en prioriteren van de product backlog;
Deelt actief je inzichten met collega’s en weet anderen te enthousiasmeren voor jouw ideeën;
Draagt bij aan het continue verbeteren van processen en systemen.

Wie ben jij?

Je hebt een afgeronde WO-opleiding of HBO+ opleiding of een aantoonbaar vergelijkbaar werk- en denkniveau;
Je hebt aantoonbare affiniteit met juridische, financiële én ICT-technische onderwerpen;
Je bent analytisch sterk, nieuwsgierig en leergierig;
Je bent communicatief vaardig en kunt complexe informatie helder overbrengen;
Je werkt zelfstandig, maar schakelt ook moeiteloos met verschillende disciplines;
Ervaring als informatieanalist, business analist of product owner is een pré;
Ervaring met het kunnen programmeren en lezen van programmacode is eveneens een pré;
Kennis van Agile/Scrum is een pluspunt
