Zur Verstärkung unseres Bereiches Customer Success suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Consultant für das Corporate & Agencies Team.
Das bewegst Du
  • Du erarbeitest bedarfsgerechte Ansätze und Lösungen im Dialog mit unseren Kunden und begleitest auch fachlich den Softwareentwicklungsprozess
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Präsenz- und Onlineseminaren rund um unsere Produkte
  • Zu Deinen primären Aufgaben gehört die Durchführung von Kundenprojekten im Bereich der Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Prozessen. Dies beinhaltet auch die Analyse, Konzeption und Abstimmung von Change Requests mit Key Usern sowie die Steuerung der Implementierung
  • In einem Projektteam und gemeinsam mit dem Kunden konfigurierst Du unsere Software für deren Forderungsmanagement und begleitest die Live-Schaltung
  • Du übernimmst die IT-Teilprojektleitung im Rahmen von Implementierungs- / Upgrade-Projekten 
Das bringst Du mit
  • Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit den Schwerpunkten Betriebswirtschaft, Informationstechnologie, Büromanagement oder ein vergleichbares Studium
  • Du kannst bereits eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Forderungsmanagement oder in einem ähnlichen Tätigkeitsbereich vorweisen.
  • Zusatzqualifikationen in den Bereichen Rechtspflege, Inkasso bzw. Fachlehrgänge im Forderungsmanagement und Credit Management sind von Vorteil
  • Du hast Spaß und Erfahrung im direkten serviceorientierten Umgang mit Kunden und Anwendern
  • Kenntnisse rund um das Mahnverfahren (vorgerichtlich, gerichtlich und nachgerichtlich) sind von Vorteil
  • Eine technische Affinität zu Schnittstellen zwischen bestandsführenden Systemen wäre wünschenswert (SAP Utilities oder andere ERP und Abrechnungssysteme)
  • Du besitzt eine sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Verhandlungsgeschick und ein professionelles Standing
  • Sehr gute methodische sowie analytische Fähigkeiten und du bist ein Teamplayer
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Dein Profil ab
  • Gelegentliche Dienstreisen sind für dich eine willkommene Abwechslung

Job Description
Aryza is the supplier for software solutions to support processes in the credit management chain. As a specialized automation provider, we are the market leader in the bailiff and collection market.

To strengthen our Customer Success department, we are looking for a Consultant for the Corporate & Agencies team as soon as possible.
Your contribution
  • You develop needs-based approaches and solutions in dialogue with our customers and also provide technical support for the software development process
  • You are responsible for the preparation and implementation of face-to-face and online seminars on our products
  • Your primary tasks include the implementation of customer projects in the area of digitalisation and automation of processes. This also includes the analysis, conception and coordination of change requests with key users as well as the management of the implementation.
  • You will take on IT sub-project management within the scope of implementation / upgrade projects and provide support within the scope of the acquisition process
  • You promote the development of new topics to complement our service portfolio
What makes you stand out
  • A successfully completed degree or comparable training with a focus on business administration or IT
  • You already have professional experience in receivables management or in a similar field of activity.
  • You enjoy and have experience in direct service-oriented dealings with customers and users
  • You have excellent communication skills, negotiation skills and a professional standing
  • Ideally, you have experience in the area of accounts receivable or receivables management
  • Knowledge of dunning procedures (pre-court, court and post-court) is an advantage
  • A technical affinity for interfaces between inventory management systems would be desirable (SAP Utilities or other ERP and billing systems)
  • You have very good methodical and analytical skills and are a team player
  • You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English
  • Occasional business trips
